These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xp768 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xp768 website located at https://xp768.cam, including all related services, features, games, promotions and content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or participating in any activity offered by xp768, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

xp768 is an online gaming platform operating under an international licence. It is not licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on xp768, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence or the applicable licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified your legal position.
3. You are not a Restricted Territory resident. A current list of Restricted Territories is maintained within the cashier section of the Platform.
4. You are not acting as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party in connection with your Account.
5. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent or consultant of xp768 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Platform or from any online gambling service operated by or affiliated with xp768.
7. You are using your own payment methods and funds, and are not acting on behalf of or with funds belonging to any third party.
8. You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently seeking treatment for, a gambling disorder or addiction.

Each eligible User may open only one (1) Account on xp768. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and telephone number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. xp768 will never contact you to request your password. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication where available and to use a unique, strong password for your Account.

4.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access

In the event you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify xp768 support immediately. xp768 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Account Closure

xp768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of promotions, or any other conduct contrary to the Platform's operating policies.

xp768 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures. All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be required to do so at any other point at the Platform's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following, though the Platform may request additional documentation at its discretion:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent official document);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, digital wallet screenshot), where required;
• Source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding specified thresholds.

5.2 Processing Time

KYC document review typically takes between one (1) and three (3) business days following submission of complete and legible documentation. Incomplete submissions will require resubmission and may extend the review period.

5.3 Withholding of Withdrawals

xp768 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Pending KYC does not constitute an acknowledgment of any withdrawal obligation.

All financial transactions on xp768 are conducted in the account currency selected at registration, which may include Pakistani Rupees (PKR) subject to current cashier availability.

6.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

The following payment methods are referenced for familiarity. Their actual availability in the Platform's cashier may vary and is subject to provider rules and applicable law. None of the following providers endorses or supports gambling transactions:

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. xp768 does not facilitate withdrawal to a payment method that was not used for the corresponding deposit, unless circumstances prevent this and written approval is obtained from the compliance team. Processing times are estimates only and depend on the payment provider, applicable verification requirements and current queue volumes.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold may be rejected or held until the threshold is reached through additional winnings.

6.4 Inactive Account Fees

An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee, as specified in the cashier fee schedule, may be deducted from the remaining balance of inactive accounts. xp768 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before fees are applied.

xp768 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, which take precedence over these general Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum bet sizes during bonus play are specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

xp768 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in abusive bonus conduct, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting technical errors; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or any other scheme that xp768 determines undermines the spirit of a promotion.

7.3 Changes to Promotions

xp768 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and all Applicable Law, xp768 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may use the Platform to browse available sports betting markets (including cricket, football, tennis, UFC and esports), participate in live casino sessions, play RNG slot and table game titles, and manage your account, deposits and withdrawals through the provided cashier interface.

This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, data-mine, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without prior written authorisation from xp768.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xp768 Platform. Breach of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform if under 18 years of age or the applicable jurisdiction minimum age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform outside of legitimate gaming activity;
• Exploiting software errors, latency advantages, game vulnerabilities or technical glitches for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at xp768 staff or other players;
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off or account restriction imposed at your request or by xp768;
• Using the Platform in a manner that violates Applicable Law in your jurisdiction.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, audio, video, text and other materials on the xp768 Platform ("IP Materials") are the exclusive property of xp768 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, republish, download, store or transmit any IP Materials without prior written consent from xp768, except as strictly necessary for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

All game titles, assets and software made available through xp768 remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are licensed to xp768 for distribution on the Platform. Third-party game names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp768, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

xp768's total cumulative liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

xp768 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player wellbeing. We offer a suite of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge from within your account settings and may also be requested through the support team.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permissible over a given period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations. Reality check notifications inform you of elapsed playing time at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and six weeks. The account is inaccessible for the duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and without persuasion attempts by our team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp768 holds its operating licence, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. The application of Pakistani law is neither claimed nor guaranteed by xp768 in respect of these Terms.

13.1 Disputes

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through xp768's internal complaint process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. xp768 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

13.2 Unresolved Disputes

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body associated with the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, details of which are available in the Platform's licence documentation. Decisions of the dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

xp768 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance in accordance with Section 6.
